Quaker oats:this brand is since 1877 and quaker oats is the best wholegrain oats in today life. because of they contain high protein in human body give energy to do work full day. i also eat wholegrain quaker oats in breakfast because 1 month ago I go to gym the trainer of the gym is should me advise to eat wholegrain oats in breakfast to do workout easily many of benefits of the wholegrain oats 1st is it give you energy to do wrok and 2nd is reduce the risk of high blood pressure(BP). 3rd is helps maintain weight and many more benefits of the oats.many of pepole is used to in recipe to make dish like idli and dhoklas etc. i really liked this product and I advise you eat only wholegrain oats. i hope my review is useful for you.
