The oats my sister eats it and she says its healthy and im kind of person who don't want healthy food I just need tasty food.
Experience with oats: I had no option other than Oats so I had to eat I had to expectations but to fulfill my hunger. but to my surprise the Quaker oats where very tasty. I eat it as my breakfast daily.people eat oats for diet mostly I eat for the taste.
and I recently read an article which says that Oats is one of the healthier breakfast options other than roti, idli, upma, etc.
Who wouldn't prefer food that is both healthy and tasty rare combination.
