So now I am reviewing Quaker oats.it is best source of nutrition available in the market.i f we look at the label 100 gm of oats provide 16 gm of protein and less than 6 gm fats and more so 67 gm complex carbohydrates.it is the best source of carbohydrates thus providing you energy throughout the day.it is cholesterol free and very healthy for heart and one of the richest source of fibre.I advise you all to have it in breakfast along with milk, fruits and eggs.if u r health conscious and want the wholesome diet then there can't be anything more better than Quaker oats.it is effortlessly available in the market.so thumbs up from side.
