Quaker oats are the best in class. I would recommend whole grain oats becouse they are unflavoured and whole grain.
I am into gym and all and oats are the most important thing for me in daily life.
I take one bowl of oats in the brkfast with milk and one cup oats blended with whey protien before my workout in evening.
Quaker oats have lots of fibers and good carbohydrate and yes protien as well.
I would recommend it to evryone in brkfast if you wanna stay healthy ' anyone can have it.
