I feel this review is:
Well oats are good for health and can also help in weight loss but you have to do proper dite and eat Quaker Oats without suger . you can also use Quaker normal Oats as a salted food like. you cn cook it with the same ingredients you use in a vegetable like tomato onion potao salt and some more spices. its is good for health but if you are using it for weight loss it is a nice replacement of your norml heavy meal . but you have to do many more things like proper dite 1 time food or skip ur dinr . then only you wil loss weight . other wise if you are thinkng tht OAts can reduce ur weight noo it it wil not it is just a healthy replacemnt of oily unhealthey meals.
