I was facing intermittent connection issues since three days when I took to make a complaint in this regard. I was assigned a ticket number FD#118467. They assured me that this would be fixed in 2 working days. Even after that when it was not resolved I called them again and this time they said that they will send out a technician to check for the issue. However no one visited.
I called regarding this and they responded back saying that my service was terminated without my consent, even though I had paid the full month's utility. For this they gave me reason saying that the third party ISP has stopped the services in my locality. They didn't even gave the refund for the loss.
