Very old movie. But I guess everyone loved it. I think everyone must have seen this one. Very few unlucky ones must have missed this one. This movie is one of my all time favorite movie. This is the first movie of Amir Khan I have seen. He is too good an actor, such a versatile guy. He was new to the industry then, but he has done a fabulous job in this movie. Obviously this movie deserves an Award.
The best thing I liked about this movie was the song PAPA KAHTE HEIN. its such a inspirational song. It reminds me what my dad used to tell me when I was young. Plus all the other songs are really soothing & melodious.
The baseline of the story is similar to Romeo & Juliet.
But its very well made. Amir & Juhi both fall in love with each other, but their dad's are the worst of enemies.
The family resistance towards their love.
Its all about the couples guts & their blind love for each other, running away from home, & hiding in some isolated place. However they are somehow found out by Juhi's cousins.
Juhi's dad hires gunmen to kill Amir. Lots of serious stuff happening at the end. The gunman fires the gun...bang bang...someone gets killed... plus there is this climax scene...i wont tell u ...see it for your self...
all in all amazing movie..go take your girl-friend & watch it...cant miss it for anything...
such a nice movie...it really makes you fall in love...
