*In all my life I have not found a company as useless and incompetent as Qatar Airways in dealing with a customer service issue, I had purchase 10 tickets to fly to Bangladesh for me and my family, unfortunately on one of the ticket I had put the wrong name due to her passport name been changed.
I asked the if I could change the name on to ticket in their London office? the answer was No , I asked if I could produce paper work to show the change ? NO. Asked if I could pay an extra charge to rectify the problem? NO. Wrote a email to customer service, No reply
Contacted Qatar head office in Doha no one was able to help me, finally got in touch with the CEO office and spoke to the secretary named Helana on 4 different occasions when she was free to take my call
(spent over £45 on calls)
After all this she asked me to write a email to customer service.I lost my ticket worth £560 plus all the phone calls and email and letters
