I had ordered "adidas-men-victory-league-edt-100-ml" from Purpple.com on 5th Jan-2015.Its been a month & I haven't received the product.! After 10days when I mailed to the customer care, In reply they said "we don't have that item in stock".
So, my simple question is "If you don't have item to sell then why it is still being displayed'in stock' in your website". https://purplle.com/product/adidas-men-victory-league-edt-100-ml You must be doing this to all the customers.! And secondly, I've got a reply that refund process of 1296 payback points has been initiated, So here I'd like to remind you I've spent 1336 points for this transaction.
You guys are pathetic, Shame on you.! I know this mail is not going to help me either as my all other mails but It might shake up your conscience a little if it is left.
