Wrong product received order no. 20150406431897.
I had ordered a Victoria secret mist of deep berry flavour worth 1200 and I received some VS mist worth 650 another flavour.
I have been writing emails after emails to purplle customer care and nothing is being done for my complaints. And no one is replying promptly on my emails and queries. When I first called before reverse pick also I wrote them several emails and placed so many calls to just arrange that.
I have already paid for the product and the product is in stock on their website and still no one is sending me back the right product and not even replyg back on time to my emails. Its been I think over a month nw since I placed my primary order and no help from their team.
Please think twice before ordering products on this website coz this was my worst experience of online shopping.
Compared to other online websites as I do a lot of online shopping, this is the worst customer service I have come across. I would have given them negative rating if there was such an option.
