I don't trust this website...Delaying. Review on Purplle

This Purplle.com is online shopping website where one can buy product along different category. They not offer wide range of items but they operate in limited space. If I want to talk specifically then they are only good in providing beauty and wellness treatment to both man and women and that too in limited extent. I bought Nivea Cream with them and my experience was not very pleasant. After placing my order during payment gateway this website stuck several time and let me tell you my net connection was working perfectly fine and I was able to do other activities. So, that is one problem the other problem is that it almost took ten days to deliver product to me.

The delivery boy talk to me over the phone and told me he is coming in one hour and I waited for whole day, he didn't come. This make me put all of my work at bey and was very painful. The shipping delivery is system not something great, on which they can take proud of. I must say atleast after placing order delivery should be in prescribed time and same should me followed by message and mail in propel channel way.

They seem to be doing good thing in beauty segemnt. But, there are many national and international brands which are not on their board. Atleast, they should provide all the famous brand to choose in between them.

I am not impressed by the way they are doing the things and they must improve their payment gateway system.
