I have bought hair oil from purplle on 18th sep 2015 my order id is:20150918681333 .
They have provided a product whose expiry date is 1st January, I have initiated return and they have also agreed to pay back my amount within 8-10 working days, First I dont understand that why it will take that long to refund the amount of Rs 900, I kept patience but know whenever I tried to follow up with them they have always said that it will take more 5-6 days and today its 14 november I have not received my amount yet. Its disgusting to buy products from these new sites and know have realised that I have lost my money in full.
I have raised my concerns through consumer courts lets see how it goes there.
