Without getting the the other pros and cons, am completely frustrated at the fact that the product design is flawed! the tank design is such that ants were able to get in the tank, and to our utter horror we just discovered one morning that we had stream of dead ants coming out of the filter tap along with the water.
Not sure if others have encountered the same issue! We have a infant in the house and it was horrible to think we were using the same water last night for his milk ! HUL should be taken to court for this flaw in the design!
