First thing a glass doesn't fit below the dispenser. After filling with water do not try to move it. Its weak plastic will collapse. There national No. is NOT a tollfree and it never completes a call. My son got hepatitis even though we drink water from pureit. He is sick for last 1 week. I can't contact pureit people so writing reviews.
There phone is not responding since 3rd week of April when I requested for the purifier battery and the guy assured quick delivery. But they are non responsive since then. I mailed them many times without response.
Guys this is the same company which sold 100 pcs of 25p toffies for Rs. 125/- a jar. So there simple plastic jar costed Rs. 100/-. Unilever is a big fraud company since more than 100 years. Don't go on big name.

I got replaced my germ kill battery 15 days ago for Rs.510. But my child is still sick suffering from Hepatitis. For the last many days he's been admitted to different hospitals and right now he is admitted in PGI, Chandigarh. His Bilirubin was 30 instead of 0.5. After admitting to PGI on 25th we started buying bottled water for him. And yesterday for the first time his Billrubin was down to 24. Therefore, clearly its a water problem and pureit sucks on purifying.
What you guys recommend? Should I goto consumer court and ask for the claim? I would like to give big blow to HUL.

Ok,
My son is not feeling well after 50 days. His Bilirubin are not coming down. When tested on 8th June it was at 30.8 (Required is from 0.1 to 1.0). We are giving him Bisleri after boiling. Can you guys advise how an I pull this fraud company to Consumer court? Thanks!
