I purchased a Pureit marvella UV almost 2 years back and I never thot I will review a product after using it for 2 years but to be honest I am forced to review it. the product is average but a major disadvantage is u have to change the germ kill kit after almost 6, 7 months whereas in other purifiers it can be changed after one year or so. But the major disadvantage abour Pureit is their after sales service especially if you are not residing within municipal limits. I have to keep calling their techinicians repeatedly even after contacting their helpline, and this time even after repeatedly telling them that the purifier is shut off and I am without water for last two days I have not been visited by a technician.so one genuine advice would be to survey the after sales service in your area before buying the product from the people using it and not trusting the sellers as they claim lotta things which they don't maintain once they have sold the product.
I am residing in Udhampur(J&K) and using the Pureit there. Every time I have to get the germ kill kit replaced I am told the technician will be coming from Jammu and he has fixed days for touring. I don't understand why these things are not clarified when customer is purchasing the product. we are charged 150 bucks extra for being provided service outside municipal limits that also at their choice. There is nothing like emergency service or something of the sort, the customer is wholely solely at the discripation of technician.
