We bought water purifier this one a long ago. As it is a HLL product they must have maintained the service better. But unfortunate to say this that the service is really bad. Okay lets adjust with their service but the main thing is the pureit was defaulted.
The indicator of the pureit wasnt in a working condition.The charcoal exhausted but the indicator didnt showed anything. When contacted the service man came and did something weird and said if it didnt work again then the whole kit has to be replaced at our cost
In a clear statement it meant that we again had to buy a new one as this one is defaulted. I mean what's wrong with them? It was their duty to replace with a new one if it is defaulted. Or else thy would have replaced it at 50% cost. But they didnt.
So we just throwned it away and now we are using aqua filter. Not satisfied with it.
