I have purchased the purifier on 14/7/2007 vide Invoice ISO7/KNK0075-2584 at
kAKINADA SWZ(Sri Gayatri Agencies) Kakinada. When I started clenaing the Micro Fibare Mesh, the fisrst time, just with pure water, as directed in the manual, I find that the bottem portion has got damaged ( it appears that it is not properly stched/fixed at the bottem.
On 5/8/2007 at around 3"clock I telephoned to your toll free number 9246 100 100 and I was told that the Techinician will come and attend. As I do not find any response to my complaint, I again rang up on 7/8/2007, say around 12 noon. To my surprise, I was informed that no complaint has been registered and am informed that the complaint has been reistered now and the No. is
C07128436, I enquired with the person talking to me on phone as to how it could happen and wanted to talk to his next autority. He said that they are right now not avaialble and would talk to me to my mobile 98852 97181( already in your records) before 5 p.m today.. No response till 5"o clock. I rang up to the dealer at KKd and at 6.10pm . the technician came and replaced the mesh. To my surpise I found that he has received the complaint yesterday it self. This shows the casual nature of your people at the sevice center. I feel that the company should first make its administative/service system pacca before going for further sales. I also feel that the quality of mesh is also very inferior and requires the attention of the Copany.
