Damn it! I try not to get swayed by fancy advertisements but I must admit that once again I fell to one of those. No wonder Pureit keeps running those commercials and we- the poor customers, end up paying for the expenses of those advertisements
Such an inferior product(plastic, technology, service) and still it is the costliest(I also realised the cost factor after I had made the mistake of buying it). Actually it doomed upon me when the battery finished within 25days of purchase and I had to order a new one costing around 500 bucks.
I regret the day when I chose to buy Pureit over others(Aquagaurd, Swach), just because I was impressed with the advertisements
The plastic quality is the most inferior of all contemporary purifiers available in the market. They are simply promoting the purifier thru advertisements as it runs on an old and harmful CHLORINE technology. Later I found that other roducs in the market are far more technologically advaced than Pureit.(Swach for instance uses silver nanotechnology and does not use any chemicals; similarly Aquagaurd also claims not using any chemicals). Initial cst and recurring cost is also the highest for Preit. You cough out Rs. 2000 initially and every month you pay around 500 for the refill. Of the other brands, Swach is the most economical at Rs. 1200 and the battery lasts 3000 litres costing only 349 bucks(a similar battery for Pureit costs over 700 rupees); Aquagaurd is aslo available around 1500 rupees.
Worst of all, Pureit customer care does not respond and you have to wait for 10-15 days to get the refill. Not at all a product to own.looks imprssive only in the advertisements.UNCHI DUKAAN.FEEEKA PAKWAAN
