HUL Pureit could have made a really cost effective and every home need purifier, if only they were nt greedy. But are successful in the market with a great "REGULAR MAINTENANCE" battery box!!!!
Of course, success at the cost of fooling people who are keen on good health ( expecting purified drinking water)
Initially cost is quite easy on the pockets and ease to install , clean( except manual , refilling water ) is fine. But this satisfaction lost only until the battery inicator in turned RED!!!
Now the battery kit which needs to be ordered and replaced otherwise the water is spilled and runs OUT of the purifier ( What ingenious brains designed this system , so the customers are forced to buy a NEW battery kit)
Until unless you replace the battery regularly its jus a waste plastic moulded with some god looks , I pity does not fit into showcase as a show piece too, What a waste of money.
Believe me your pockets will be emptied by maintaining this "BATTERY BOX" ( I have named it so). Battery kit come with different usage , 1500 litres of water purification is what company claims as battery life and cost of this 350/- ( I really doubt on the number of litres of water purified!!!!!!)
My experience with the customer care and battery maintenance cost is been frustrating and my sincere suggestion to people looking to buy this product would be "DO NOT BUY IT.."
Now recently I see adds on the fully automatic filter from Pureit , I would not bet on this for sure..
