I bought the pureit on 28th April 2007 and found that it is reasonable solution for
drinking water problem. But, soon I realized that the quality of material used
in the manufacturing, is very poor. because the tap (which is the most
frequently used component of this product) broken within one month of the
purchase. I complained and asked for replacement because they told six month
warrranty.
Then they told that this tap is not under warranty u have to buy
new, then I asked on 3rd june 2007, to sent new one which they told Rs. 70.
Since 3rd june I am contacting almost daily to the helpline number the persons
sitting there are simply saying today and tomorrow but still not replaced today
is 12th June 2007. This is disgusting situation to me and I am
not satisfied with the service and quality of product. I suggest to customers
to take care all this and think before the purchase.
Today I called the helpline again the person told today definitely we will send the person. I am
waiting for the delivery of tap, if not delivered today, I may take help of
consumer court against poor service on this product ’’Pureit’’. Amar -chennai.
