I think pure it from hindustan Unilever does the job of water purification just and most other popular water purifiers do. There is nothing so special about this one and the advertisements that it is so amazing and all are just to mislead people. I must say it depends on the origin of water and also how you keep it I mean the maintenance!
Talking about the service I would say it's satisfactory not the best they do take a bit of time to resolve your problems.
