I had purchased pureit water purifer on 3rd March.
The tap broke accidentally. I had lodged a complaint on 6th June. Till today(that is 12th June), I am yet to see the tap replaced. Each time I call up, I get a response that a tech support person will call up.
It is really disgusting to know that a company of such a good repute has such a horrible cutomer support. Had I known this earlier, I would not have gone for this.
I have contacted the pureit website(https://hll.com/brands/water.asp) and poured all my anger in the mail. I hope that my problem is redressed.
Else all people who have got such issues should come together and raise a voice against these cheaters. They deserved to be kicked out of India! We should have maximum attention created so that such compnaies know how to deal with customers
