I have a pureit purifier.Currently its battery went down and stopped functioning.I lodged a complaint to the customer care and every time they register my complaint and offer service within 24 hrs.Now 12 days passed and in between I lodged 3 complaints.
I have a baby of 7 months age and I m in dire need of purifier.The local service person is telling excuses and not planning to find solutions.I have to find another purifier of another company to solve my problem.... So never buy Pureit else u'll be cheated.
