I wish if this message is seen by the HUL management:
My Pureit germkill kit had recently expired and as per the instructions in user guide, I called the Pureit customer service on 12th June 2011. I was assured that I will receive the new kit on 14th June before 8 PM which didn't happen. Since then, I have called this customer service numerous times that I have a list of people whom I spoke, everyone gave me a new complain # with a new promise that your kit will be delivered tomorrow and till today no has ever bother to call/follow up and delivery seems a distant possibility.
I have no doubt in saying that this has been my worst customer service experience and I am surprised, how a big company like HUL could ever afford to have people with such inferior standards. Please stop giving false claims to the people of your worst after sale customer service. I request all not to buy pureit ever else you will be a betrayed and harrased by false committments.
