Recently I have ordered PureIT for Rs:2000/-, The representative came for home delivery as soon as the seal opened, we discovered the product was in broken condition. The sales guy replaced it with new product.
After 15 days, while trying to wash the filter it was slipped from 10 inch height and the transparent chamber got broken. We have replaced it by paying Rs:530/- though the company gave a 6 months warranty they have NOT replaced it for free of cost.
After few days we have noticed a leakage from Dwell chamber. When contacted the customer care they asked us to pay Rs: 430/-. If we complaint , you will receive a message saying the complaint resolved before any executive attend the problem.
Overall, the product is not durable, high price maintenance.
