My Name is Eleazer and I purcahsed the PUREIT Water Filter of HLL on 30.03.2007 . Iam very much satisfied by the product . I don't have any complaints against them as it has not given me any problem till date . As far as I am concerned I took the number of the representative and what ever I need I directly call him and get things done .
I don't call customer care as they make you wait for their services like hell. I suggest that HLL should see that their customer Care Service Improves Which in Turn will help them to win the confidence of their customers.
