==For all those Friends who are opting to buy PureIt, ==
I had bought this product on 26th May 2011, and by 11th September 2011 I had to contact the customer
care dept for its non-filtration. After 3 consecutive call to the Custcare an engineer came and then he
replaced the Activated Carbon( the dome shaped carbon filter fitted in the topmost section), and went
away by saying that the problem is rectified.
After a fortnight again the same problem occured and again the engineer came and did the same procedure.
Here to my surprise again on october10, 2011 I woke up with the same problem.
So by October 15, 2011 I had to replace 4 Activated Carbon's.
I was told by their Engineer that Mohali City is having hard Water supply so this repetition is occurring,
for their knowledge I told them that the landlord who is residing in ground floor is also using the purifier
along with the tenant on the second floor. As by now they are not facing this problem, so is it possible that their water
supply is different than that of First floor.
'A good suggestion came to my knowledge from their intelligent engineer that a three storey house can
have different water supply'.
I doubt about his being an engineer.
In short this is a PATHETIC product.
It is a suggestion to all those who are opting for this product that ==Plz don't invest your hard earned
money in PureIt Purifier.==
