The customer service is pathetic. Only if we ask for the germkill ket for the first time we get the timely service and the contact number of the employee of the pureit is given to the customer.
From second time onwards they purposely do not do it and we call the employee then they charge the customers more and also throw attitude which means they are using the customers to mint money by giving the number the first time so that from second time onwards they can charge the customers more and make money.
