We bought pureit(blue colour) on 10th feb 07. after 3 months we called up the customer care for the change of battery. within 2 days a person from Hll came and changed the battery.
By the month of july 07 the tap was broken(take a note of the quality of this product pls.). we launched a complaint on july itself. And now we are in the mid of september 07. the service people are yet to come.
We called up at least 10-12 times to the customer care. Whenever we call them they say within 24hours they will solve the problem. I scold them like anything and yet no response. I never thought of such a horrible response from a big company like Hisdustan lever limited.After sometime they said that they have no stock of blue colur taps. when they dont have enough stocks why should they advertise so often in the TV.
So, people pls be aware and do not buy Pureit anymore.... I keep suggesting all my known people not to buy pureit.
