I have purchased a Pureit water filter(Rs.2000/-) in 2009 and another in 2010(Auto fill costing Rs.3000/-). Rs.2000/- model was of great use but present Auto-fill model is a disturbance for us.It has only one facility that is connect to your water line and it will auto-fill water as and when required. But so often, specially after every cleaning auto cut valve will malfunction.In a result water will overflow in the kitchen.In a result we are to manually fill water for which I have spend Rs.1000/- more. Every time you are to call the technician to set right the problem.
Service: On 18/03/2010 time 19:33 HRS. booked complain about overflowing problem and SMS received that within 48 hours Technician will attend the problem.Today date is 19/03/2010 time 18:40 HRS.Technician yet to visit.
I will recommend Rs.2000/- model rather than Rs.3000/-(Autofill).

Yesterday evening I received an SMS at time 19:53 : Dear customer, your Complaint No:C102009323 has been attended.Please give your feedback as "SER 1" if satisfied else "SER 0" if unsatisfied to 09223200200.Team Pureit. while nobody attended the complaint at all from Pureit Team.
