I bought HUL Pureit Advance which stopped working in just 5 days. So as usual I called there customer service on 29-Sep-2012 and I was assured that service will be provided within 48 hours.
Now today it is 5-Oct-2012 and after three more calls to there call centre, no one has bothered to come. I have been buying bisleri for last 6 days, the cost which I am paying for making a mistake to buy HUL Pureit Advance.
To add to this the plastic is such horrible quality that one is fearful that it will break very easily. The product and the service both are pathetic.
Dont ever bother to buy Pureit
