Hi,
My Complaint Number: C135332288, Logged on October 15th. This is been logged because of my previous complaint has not been resolved. Which I logged on October 10th(I havn't got any complaint number from your system).
Complaint 1
For Complaint Number C135332288, I got msg from your system on October 16th saying that, your complaint has been attended. But no service person visited / attended this issue after October 15th. Pls Correct your Auto Alert system First. If system is working fine, your LSP(Wings) / Call Center executives are updating wrong information on your system. Do you need any help from my side on this I will definitely help, I have good experience in team handling and Ticketing system / Tracking system.

I have escalated this to Services executive Vinay & Team Leader Viviyan(Tamil Call Center). They assured me that they will get back to me on this, after discussing with Field Managers: Madhan, Srishanth. But No one turned back so far.

Today(171013) I made a call to your call center around 04:30 PM to know my complaint's status, i pressed to 1 for tamil. But my Call routed o Telegu Call Center Team. Is your Call center system working fine.?
Note: suggesting you pls have some skilled technical resources(LSP) as well responsible call center team.
Finally, could you pls tell me is anyone available in Pureit(HUL) to attend complaint number C135332288, and revert back to customer Calls?
