We bought pure-it marvella waterpurifier almost 60 days back and when the person came installation..he said that there is some defect in the valve and that he come next day and fix it. Nobody turned-up next day so we called up the customercare...they took our complaint but was absolutely vain...we complained almost3-4 times regarding the same and go a same reply again and aagin that a person will come to fix the problem in 24 hours...but till date nobody from pureit has turned up and water purifier is just lying in our house as a show piece.
bloody this pureit people advertise so much on TV instead if they should spend some money on improving the customer service, I will never suggest anyone to buy this brand, its pathetic, waste of money, extremely poor customer service. In fact, they should be thrown out of this business. Horrible customer service. Its a real shame on hindustan unilever as a company.
Pureit sucks...it really sucks....
