I purchased Puriet Marvella Slim RO water purifier. Initially, it was good and seemed economical compared to Bottled water.
Its about 18 months since I am using this unit. the following are the issues am facing:
fast and expensive requirement of Germ Kill KIT- I have replaced already 2 minor kits and 1 major kits equaling almost the cost of the machine itself.
The service, though they promise to deliver in 24 hours, they are helpless and it takes atleast 3-5 follow-ups to get them attend your machine.
now, the controller unit has stopped and they require 3500/- to replace the same.
all this consumables work out about 10500/- apart from service charges for a period of 18 months. leave alone the expenses due to electric consumption.
for an usage of approximately 2 liters a day.
Users and people on the plan of buying, please recheck if you really need this unit! any rational person would see, the bottled water is economical as well as safe at the same price(40/- per bottle of 25 Liters of branded co).
