i am use pureit classic last 3 year and change pureit , again purchase pureit marvella ro with service alert syatem.
i am purchase a pureit marvella ro with alert system last 6 month. this month alert a csf light red indicate . I am surprise because all pureit module all ready show red light before service time.
I called 9229200300 customer care, registered a complain regarding csf red light . customer care give me a 24 hr but my requirement same day.i request executive plz resolve today than give a local service provider no .
i see some time send sms my registered no one with purity code .
Call to local no I request plz resolve my complain , local no promise me today your complain resolve. after 2 hr approx pureit technician come my house change csf gkk . I pay 825 rs only .
special tnx pureit service team because customer care give 24 hr but local service center attend only 4 hr and resolve .
