LOUSY PRODUCT AND LOUSY AFTER SALE SERVICE IN HALDWANI.I registered a complaint 7d back and am yet to hear from the customer care people.They even sent me an sms stating that my complaint has been attended to even when no one from the company came to my place.The local service centre person is pathetic.I have made more than 20 calls to the local person as well as the customer care number and still no body has yet come.They are most unprofessional. They are only interested in selling you a new product and don't care about attending complaints about the product already sold to the customer.I am throwwing the MARVELLA purifier in the garbage and buying a new water purifier from some better company.These Marvella people in Haldwani are nothing but thugs.Never ever buy a Marvella product from Haldwani.You will repent your decision.
