I bought the machine more then a year back. I had no idea that there is a water level that needs to be set by the company while installation. Only after do many days my brother inlaw installed an aquagaurd purifier and the person checked the level which should be between 20 to 40 points and his machine was giving 40. My brother inlaw got our machine checked as well as the water usually tasted bitter and guess what the level was 7.
I cald the csr team and they on 1st hand said we are not there customer then they said by mistake all our details were wrongly entered and then they said they will have the technician arrangef or priority basis within 24 hours. there is the catch the technician did not turn till date and I have wasted almost 100 bucks following up on this frkm past 5 days. They also said we will arrange an escalation teams call but all the promises failed. I was facing so many problemd like stomach infection fever vomiting feeling after drinking this hard water and only now I know why and all thanks to my brother inlaw and that aquagaurd purifier installer. If you haven't got the level checked then get in done and trust me its a challenge as these people will not turn up. WORST BRAND AND WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.
ALL ARE LIARS AND THEY LOVE TO FOOL AROUND WITH CUSTOMERS HEALTH. Only when they can mint money from you is when they have the perfect service time. Don't trust them. LIARS SUPER LIAR INDEED BEST LIARS IN THE INDUSTRIES. People I spoke to are nit kniwn to me as most of them either wont taje their name or will take it in a wsy ee cant hear. but a few are Sabina sunil sharad. Still awaiting escalation teams response.
