I booked my germkit on 9th may 2017 they told that your germkit provided within 72 hrs if not we will give you free germkit but they did not provided me within 72 hrs I raised my complain on 13th may 2017 the customer care person told me that we are register your complain and we will provide your germkit.At that time I told him that how I get germkit for free he told me sir show the message to our mechanic who visit on your home at the time of germkit is provided to you.On 15th may 2017 mechanic came at my house I show him the message and he told that you have to pay. I totally shocked and I called again customer care for help but I did'nt get any help from hindustan pureit company that is worst service I have ever seen.
