I have used their PUREIT water filter earlier and getting a germ kit after the order was an uphill task. I thought RO will be better. But extremely disappointed with their post sales service again. I spoke to the escalation department to one of their team lead. I found extremely unprofessional attitude displayed. I have ordered a germ kit and despite giving a commitment that it will be replaced within 48 hours, there is no show. This is unacceptable. How do the customer penalize PUREIT company for such poor service standard? Can I request a response?
