This is the water purifier i'm using for last one year and never found any difficulty in using it as it is a complete User Friendly product and gives nice quality of Drinking water. But me as a user is completely unsatisfied with its Service & Support as At the time when I bought the Respective Water Purifier, The SErvice providers has guaranteed us a Free Year of servicing and Maintenance after Every Six Month but never ever after the purifier installation the So Called Maintenance have took place. Me and my family as a really needy consumer have called them several times to arrange a maintenance for the Water Purifier and It obviously took a long time to appear for the maintenance. On the other hand I would like say it is really Handy in use. Comes with Nice Style & Design, in case of the Durability I would not recommend Pureit Classic 5 L Ro+ UV Water Purifier.
