I think Punjabi by Nature should change their name because they are most unlike Punjabis.There is nothing like punjabi Hospitality there .I had a worst experience in their Noida restaurant.We were a group of ten and had phoned to book seats and were given assurance.On reaching there we got a table for six .Four of our members had to wait for another fortyfive minutes.Water was offereed only after half an hour and that too on asking.The waiters were sleepy and the service very poor.The food was not tasty.
Above all we were subjected to passive smoking as the group sitting on the next table was smokers group.On asking the waiter we were told that it was a smoking zone.Why they made us sit in that corner?There was no reply.The manager did not have any answer to that.How can they have a smoking zone in a closed room?Other smokers were sent to stand there and smoke ..In the end we felt that we have been robbed of our money after being subjected to torture of having bad food in a smoke filled hall.The music was equally bad.
