Punjab and Sindh Bank is nationalised bank of India. I am having my account with their Chhindwara(M.P.) Branch. I am very satisfied with their approach and behaviour. I am having phone banking facility and using it also. I use this facility only for information purpose just for security reason, though I know that there is no risk in operating my account with phone banking but still I hesitate to do so.
The bank provide ATM facility to their customers and have onsite ATM machine installed in the branch. I definitely praise the staff because the cash management of ATM is very effective, for last 2 years I have never come across with shortage of money in the machine even during demonatisation.
They have internet banking facility but I have not using this facility because I am not net banking savy. I transfer my funds manually because I am short of times and do not want to take risk because transactions are settled in click of buttons.
The customer service of the bank is very good and satisfactory to the people. Staff are very polite and attend every customer with patient. Lockers facility is also available which is very important. The branch premises is very spacious and ambience of the bank branch is good.
I can advice people to open an account with this branch and make banking easy.
