I am sharing this review on my personal experience. This bank will come in one of the largest bank in india in this time and I am customer of this bank from last 1 and a half years and when I go to branch for account open I will submit account opening form and along with request for cheque book and atm. and I am waiting for 4months cheque book and atm both are not coming and when I ask in branch for those they said for cheque and atm form submiting in extra this was a very bad support from staff because if they said me this rule I submi forms when I open account.
and one more thing is that I submit form for net banking from 1 year but not coming till this time not user id not password or any other thing for this and now I forgot this netbanking from my mind very bad service. if I know before they give this type of service I don't open account in this bank. in other banks gives atm and cheque book if we mention when account will open and if we apply for any service it will start in some days. I am also maintaining account in other bank they give service better. I am very disappointed with service of this bank. this is my experience I dont tell for every account holder of this bank. I faced problem and problem in this bank.
