I feel this review is:
Public banks were always hated for their unethical behavior and unhelpful nature with their customers. So is the case with Punjab National Bank. The staff never listens to the customers and only help those people who have came to deposit huge amount in the bank. I went their to get my savings account open and the form that they gave me to fill up was out my understanding, so I asked for the help and no one showed up for it. The old fat people working there should be replaced with young and helpful staff that will make the difference and will completely change the opinion for the public banks.
