Punjab National Bank is one of the largest bank after SBI in india and has tis chain of service even in the Rral area. I have been its customer for last 10 yrs and till now I didnt face any issue being as a customer I can say its one of the trusted brand.
As compared to other Phone banking ths pnb Phone banking is lacking in some of the feature and I have some issue with its Application also it sometime didnt open.
As it has 2nd largest bank in India it has enough ATM services available in the cities and with good services.
But I am not satisfied with its services while going into the bank the staff behavies very odd with the customers and tooks time in processing your complaints.
Most of the time I used its Internet banking which has a good connection with its server and spped is also good.
trusted bank . go for it.
