My parents had their account in this bank so I also joined this bank as they need two nominee of the same branch. I applied for master debit card but I got rupay debit card I called again to bank but didn't get any positive response then I started using this at some time later I had to made my online payments but card not have that feature I called customer care and after verifying my identity they ask me to wait for 2 hours but after 2 month now the card is not accept the online payment.
Now I block my card and requested for new one from other state, the employee said that KYC is not done which I did 1 year ego and you didn't get any card from here and my bank branch manager said KYC is done and you'll get your card from any of our branch. Now I decided to close my account as staff and customer care is not supportive at all.
