Recently I closed my saving account from pnb bank. Because of no customer service provided by this bank. To deposit cash in an pnb bank is so irritating because of large customers. Atm facility is not also good because everytime I insert my atm in machine a message showed by machine is card not properly inserted or invalid card. So I decide to close my account because netbanking facility is not excellent. Due to large no of customer its very difficult to complete our work in pnb branches. One day I visited pnb brach near me for rtgs and the manager say system is busy come after two days. So my bad experience with this bank. Not recommend
