PNB is providing worst services to its customers. It is a government bank, so the staff of the bank are not so cooperative and helpful. Phone banking is also not good sometimes we dont get good response or sometimes the call is declined . Sometimes the bank doesnt give access to some payments because of authorisation failure.
Internet banking is also not helpful. The app for doing mobile banking is also not helpful and user friendly. We can only do 3 transaction through ATM of other banks while other banks are giving free transactions which is very helpful. The saving bank interest is also 4% while private banks are providing more.
I am not satisfied with the services.
