When one enter into a bank, one expect that its services should be good, unfortunately, this is not seen in Punjab National bank branches. Customer services of the bank is not upto the standard expected from national level banks.After too many hits one connected with their customer care, some time their personals behavior is good but most of the time they guidance is not found satisfactory. Their Internet services is also too complicated, for common man it is not so easy to operate, though bank is now in process of making it simple but still it takes time to reach customers satisfaction. ATMs services are also not up to the standard expected from them, most of the time their servers remain down. Technical failure observed most.
