I am customer of Punjab national bank since last 8yrs.
I start to use services of pnb with a student account through my college that time we can open account with zero balance.
And I was happy to start my account with this government recognised bank. last yr I went the branch of PNB and submitted my KYC details, my new address and application to convert my student account in to saving account, every thing cleared by the employee at that time and I have submitted my all required document. but last month when I used atm for withdrawal I got msg that its expired last yrs.
I have coordinated with some of my college friends they said they got call from branch to collect new atm card bcz previous card supposed to expired. and thay have collected new card. but I dint got any call from bank regarding to this. finally I called to customer care and asked for new card. that guy said the process of reissue of new atm card and that time he said that my account is not updated not changed my current address and kyc details.he gave me the branch contact no. to verify about my problem.i called to given no.
But no one picked up the call after long time some one picked up the call and when I share my problem he talked in very rude manner and said he cant help me in any matter if I want to collect new atm and want to changes my details of address I have to came again in branch or can transfer my account to my nearest branch. I explain him that I have no time to come again and again and resubmit all details. he said its my choice that what I want to do and in between he disconnected my call. now I am very much frustrated form the customer service of this bank . bcz I have no time to go that branch every time. I want to be a part of this bank but want a proper service from them.
